Delay in filing the counter affidavit is condoned for the reasons stated in the affidavit. Delay condonation application (IA No.2/2024) thus stands disposed of. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. 4. Learned State Counsel made a statement at bar that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner no.1 (Harpal Singh Panwar), petitioner no.2 (Harsh Panwar), petitioner no.3 (Ashish Panwar), while the final report has been submitted against petitioner no.4 (Manoj Kumar), petitioner no.5 (Kuldeep Panwar), petitioner no.6 (Ankush Panwar) and petitioner no.7 (Aditya Panwar) on 21.03.2025. 5. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners as well. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby closed. 7. However, it is open to the charge-sheeted petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet before the appropriate Forum. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 25.03.2025 AK
