Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has expired way back in the year 2018, i.e., on 22.06.2018 and even the respondent Nos.11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24, 32, 33 & 34 have also expired, but no application for substitution of their legal representatives has been submitted on record. 2. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, the instant writ petition stands abated. 3. Considering the above, this writ petition stands dismissed as abated as no steps have been taken for substitution of legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner and above noted respective respondents. 4. However, the legal representatives of the petitioner would be at liberty to move an application for recall of this order, by way of filing appropriate application seeking substitution on record, in case, any cause of action/ grievance still survives.
