N RAVI PRASAD THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING JUDGMENT: The Second Appeal is preferred by the appellants against the Judgment and Decree dated 10.07.2000, passed in A.S.No.229 of 1998, on the file of the learned District Judge, East Godavari District, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 17.11.1998, passed in O.S.No.21 of 1990, on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Peddapuram. 2. On 03.01.2025, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that despite their best efforts they could not get instructions, this Court ordered notice to the appellant. 3. As per the endorsement made by the Registry, notices were served on appellants. Though notices served, appellants have not chosen to engage a counsel. It seems that the appellants have no interest to prosecute the matter. 4. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
