1. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners even in the revised call whereas Shri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present.
2. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from the police as they have solemnized marriage against the wishes of their parents.
3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, states that the instant writ petition has been filed on the basis of false averments. 4. This Court is over burdened with the frivolous petitions wherein in most of the cases either the documents are forged based on which the claim has asserted in the petitions or the petitioners after filing the writ petitions did not turn up to the Court, in such circumstances, the Court has left with no option but to dismiss these kind of frivolous writ petitions with costs.
5. Since the petitioners have approached this Court seeking protection by concealing the material facts, the instant writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner no.2-Rajkaran before the District Legal Services Authority, Banda, within thirty days from today, failing which, the same shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue within next three months.
