Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. J. Talukdar, learned Standing Counsel for the Revenue Department representing the respondents. The present application is filed praying for amendment of the cause title of the connected writ petition which is detailed at paragraph 3 of this application inasmuch as it is the case of the petitioner that the credentials of the signatory of the applicant society, though stated to be Sri Ranjan Chandra Kalita in his capacity as the Secretary of the society, however, actual name of the signatory of the applicant society is Sri Rajen Chandra Kalita in his capacity as the President of the society. Mr. B. J. Talukdar, learned Senior Counsel has not objected to such prayer. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner shall furnish an amended cause title before the Registry within a period of three days from today with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondents. Thereafter, Registry shall do the needful. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
