The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records and to quash the impugned order dated 2.5.2022 and 16.9.2022 passed by respondent no. 4 and order dated 25.5.2023 passed by respondent no. 2 (Annexure No. 2, Annexure No. 4 and Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 16.9.2022 fair price shop license of the petitioner has been cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he may be permitted to file an appeal against the order of cancellation. The appeal was also filed against the suspension of the fair price shop license, however, learned counsel does not dispute the fact that suspension lost its efficacy after the final order has been passed. 4. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within thirty days from today against the order dated 16.9.2022. In the event appeal is filed, the same shall be considered on merits without going into the question of limitation.
