These applications are filed (i) to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the set aside abatement in S.A.No.26 of 2017, on account of the demise of M. Saraswathi, W/o, K.Muthusamy, the 1st appellant; (ii) to set aside the abatement on account of demise of M. Saraswathi W/o. K. Muthuswamy, the 1st appellant in S.A.No.26 of 2017, occurred on 01.04.2024 and (iii) to bring on record the proposed petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant/ M. Saraswathi, W/o. K. Muthusamy, in S.A.No.26 of 2017 and rank her as Appellant No.3. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions. 4.
