Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Mathura should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated September 5, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Mathura is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated September 5, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 5.
