This Court on 12th December, 2024 had passed the following order: "The petitioner seeks increments and arrears on account of increments since the year 2010 to November, 2024, and his Assured Career Progression due up to date. Issue notice. Notice on behalf of all the respondents is accepted by Mr. Pradeepta Kumar Shahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. He is granted two weeks' time to file a counter affidavit. Since a short point is involved, let this petition come up again on 07.01.2025. To be taken up as fresh. The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to communicate this order to the the Director, Panchayat Raj Department, U.P., Lucknow through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow, and the Deputy Director, Panchayat Raj Department, Chitrakoot Dham Division, Banda and the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Chitrakoot, both through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot by Monday i.e. December 16, 2024." Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instruction in the matter, which is taken on record. As per the instruction the entire dues of the petitioner including arrears, increament since 2010 to November, 2024 and ACP benefit arrears have been paid to the petitioner on 4th January, 2025 which amounted to Rs.7,38,828/-. The above averment has also come to be stated in paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit. In view of the above, this petition has rendered infrucuous and is accordingly consigned to records.
