(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.298 dated 12.12.2020 under Sections 307/34 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Offence under Sections 379-B(2) and 511 of IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1). Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI, Sita Ram submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 09.04.2025. He further submits that since the petitioner has been acquitted, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
