Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 24-04-2025 1) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitions have been preferred by the respective Homoeopathy Medical Colleges against refusal of recognition pertaining academic session 2020-21 by the respondent No. 2. He further submits that the academic session 2020-21 has already come to an end and the students have passed their respective examinations, therefore, these petitions may kindly be disposed of making observation that studies pursued by the students shall not be affected by the withdrawal of these petitions. 2) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respective respondents submit that as the academic session 2020-21 has already expired, therefore, these petitions may be disposed of. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the submissions made hereinabove, these petitions are hereby being disposed of making an observation that the 4 students who have pursued their studies, their studies would not be affected in any manner as the academic session 2020-21 has already come to an end. 5) With the aforesaid observation(s), these petitions stand disposed of.
