Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order passed on 4th March, 2025. One of the conditions imposed upon the petitioner was that he should remain within the jurisdiction of North 24 Parganas and not enter the territorial jurisdiction of Noapara Police Station. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to arrange for an accommodation within the district of North 24 Parganas for which he was not able to furnish bond and is still in custody. He may be permitted to reside in the district of Howrah. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer. In view of the above, the order dated 4th March, 2025 be modified to the extent that the petitioner shall reside within the district of Howrah instead of the district of North 24 Parganas. The other conditions imposed upon the petitioner shall continue. 2 CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
