This petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent to enter the name of the petitioner in the Revenue Records by entering two sale agreements dated 1-2-1994 and 25-4-1994 registered on 4-2-1994 and 13-5-1994 respectively in the registry office Soraon, Prayagraj between petitioner and late Kandhai Lal resident of Rangpura, Phaphamau, Tehsil Soraon, Prayagraj selling 1/2 of 1 Bishwa and then 1/2 of 1 Biswa respectively of Araji No.371 Rakba 0.2720 Hect., Rangpura, Phaphamau, Tehsil Soraon, Prayagraj and on the basis of compromise dated 02.04.2010 between sons and wife of deceased Kandhai Lal and the petitioner in the Revenue Records, (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to consider and to take action upon the representation dated 29.8.2024 and 27.8.2024." 3. Petitioner wants to get his name mutated on the basis of agreement to sell executed in his favour. 4. Prayer made is wholly misconceived. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
