Counsel for the Himachal Pradesh High Court Bar Association has placed on record original order dated 27.08.2025 whereby, revocation of the petitioner as a Member of the Himachal Pradesh High Court Bar Association has been revoked unconditionally.
2. Keeping in view the fact that we have already directed that the petitioner would withdraw the petition, if such an order is passed, Mr. Abhimanyu Rathore, Advocate, very graciously submits that he has nothing more to say.
3.
Resultantly, the petition is disposed of while appreciating the stand of both the sides and keeping in view the good relations which have to be maintained between the Members of the Bar Association and the office bearers.
