This criminal petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.65 of 2024 of KIA Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, registered against the petitioners for the alleged offences under Sections 118, 324(4), 324(5) 329(3), 351 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.1 and A.2 in Crime No. 65 of 2024 at KIA Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, based on the complaint of the 2'^'^ respondent. In the complaint, the 2"'^ respondent alleged that the petitioners, along with 12 others, trespassed into his land, damaged the cement fencing poles and attacked him. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are in no way connected with the allegations made in the complaint and were falsely implicated in the case. 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the crime is at the stage of investigation. 5.
