Gaon Sabha) filed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in a time bound manner. 3. Learned counsel for respondents have no objection. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj is directed to proceed with Case no.8044 of 2024 (Computerized Case No. T202402030408044 of 2024) (Bundela Devi and others Vs. Gaon Sabha) and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, say within a period of three months from the date, a certified copy of this order is placed before him, after hearing all the parties concerned. 5.
