The learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, has already disposed of the maintenance case in M.C.No.7 of 2010 on 12.02.2015 by partly allowing the maintenance case as seen from the E-Courts. 4. In view of the disposal of the maintenance case itself, nothing remains in this Criminal Revision Case to adjudicate further. The parties may work out their legal remedies as per the order of the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, in M.C.No.7 of 2010. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
