Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "i- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no.2 and 3 not to vest the Bhumidhari land of the petitioner Arazi No. 2238m area 20 Decimal situated in village. Sehud Tehsil Gram Sabha Sadar, District Auraiya Gram Sabha in compliance of the order and Judgment dated 31-7-2024 Annexure No.10 to the writ petition. ii- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no.2 and 3 to release the Bhumidhari land of the petitioner Arazi No. 2238m area 20 Decimal situated in village Sehud Tehsil and District Auraiya and entered in Revenue record in the name of petitioner which was allotted eligible persons by the resolution dated 9-6-2002 by Gram Sabha Sehua Tehsil and District Auraiya. iii-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to restrain the petitioner from completing the in complete construction over his land Arazi No.2238M area 22 Decimal situated in village Sehua, Tehsil and District Auraiya." 3. From the perusal of the record, it is apparent that an order dated 31.07.2024 has been passed against the petitioner, which is not challenged in the writ petition. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that against the order dated 31.07.2024, the petitioner has remedy of filing a revision, which has not been availed by the petitioner and prayer has been made to issue a mandamus to District Magistrate ignoring the judgment and order dated 31.07.2024 passed against the petitioner. 5. The writ petition is wholly misconceived. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of filing revision against the order dated 31.07.2024. Order Date :- 8.5.2025 Nitika Sri.
