Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment of Division Bench of this Court passed on 2nd May, 2024 in CWPOA No.6726 of 2020, titled Tilak Raj vs. State of H.P. & others. He submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied, at this stage, in case respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioners strictly in terms of aforesaid judgment in a time bound manner. 2. Prayer being innocuous, is not opposed. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dispsoed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the cases of the 2 petitioners in terms of the judgment in Tilak Raj’s case (supra) within a period of eight weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order. In case the petitioners are found entitled to the same relief as granted to the petitioner in CWPOA No.6726 of 2020, they shall also be treated equally by granting them all such reliefs within six weeks from the date of passing or order. 4.
