This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "I. Issue a Writ, Direction, or Order in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 07.08.2024 and 13.11.2024 (Annexure Nos. 2 and 3) to the writ petition. II. Issue a Writ, Direction, or Order in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 not disturb peaceful possession of the petitioner over Khasra No.104 having an area of 1.380 Hectares in Village Shyampur-Sarvaka, Pargana and Tahsil Nagina, District Bijnor." 2. It is contended that representations have been filed before the respondent revenue authorities, which are pending consideration. 3. There is no provision for filing of any representation in the revenue law. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner, when confronted with this fact, was asked to address the Court on this issue but he failed to address the question as to the maintainability of representation before the revenue authorities under the relevant provisions of U.P.
