Heard Mr. A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Authority for the respondents. 3. During hearing learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that this matter is squarely covered by this Court Order dated 04.03.2025 in W.P.No.5163 of 2025 and requested to pass similar order in this writ petition also. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents conceded the same. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.5163 of 2025, dated 04.03.2025. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
