Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction upon the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur to take action so as to restrain the private respondents from dispossessing of petitioner. Admittedly in respect of the land in question a civil suit No.1683 of 2021 is pending. Once that be so, remedy of the petitioner would be to seek appropriate injunction in the pending suit.
