At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case investigation has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact but has submitted that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 5. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. All pending applications in the writ petition also stands disposed of.
