The petitioner's claim for payment of oxygen cylinders and other similar equipments allegedly made available by it to the respondent hospital can appropriately be examined by 4th respondent, at the first instance. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to approach 4th respondent annexing all materials in support of its claim along with copy of this order within a period of two weeks. Such claim shall be accorded consideration by passing appropriate reasoned order within a further period of six weeks. The amount which is found due and payable in terms of such determination shall be released within further period of four weeks. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
