The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to decide the application under Para 460 Revenue Court Mannual pending before respondent No.3 for execution the order dated 21.10.2204 passed by respondent No.3 /Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Sakaldiha, District Chandauli itself in Case No. 5082 of 2022 Computerize Case No. T202214180305082 (Ram Surat Ram Vs. Rajesh and others) under the proceeding Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned execution application filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent no.3 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the aforementioned execution application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
