Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 13.11.2024 passed by respondent No.3/District Commandant Home Guards, Prayagraj. b). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on his post and to pay month to month salary." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that undisputedly petitioner has completed his service of 42 years, therefore, there is no illegally in the impugned order and same is liable to be set aside. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the submissions made by learned Standing Counsel and submitted that petitioner has completed 42 years of service. 5. Once it is undisputed that date of retirement is 60 years and petitioner has completed 42 years of service. I find no illegality in the impugned order. 6.
