Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Pankaj Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent, and perused the material on record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from the police against threat to their life and property. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that on police verification it's revealed that the petitioners have filed the instant petition with incorrect facts. The correct fact is that the petitioner no. 1 is residing with her parents and the petitioner no. 2 is residing with his first wife, therefore, the instant petition is misconceived and deserves dismissal with heavy cost. 4. In such circumstances, the instant petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.25,000/-. The petitioner no. 2 is directed to deposit the amount of cost within thirty days from today in the accounts of District Legal Services Authority, Mainpuri, failing which, the same shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
