The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing impleadment of the Principal Secretary/ Commissioner/ Secretary (Finance(PIC)), Government of Manipur as respondent No. 3 in the connected writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 271 of 2024, on the ground that the said officer is a necessary party in the said writ petition. Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present impleadment application. In view of the submission made by the counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that the impleadment sought for in the present application may be allowed as the said officer is a necessary party in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
