1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that she may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue her representation pending before the appellate authorities. She submits that this Court has passed various orders, however, the respondents are not considering the case of the petitioner and therefore, she prays that she may be granted liberty to pursue her representation along with the orders passed by this Court.
2. Prayer is fair and reasonable.
