Dharaneesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader in the office of the learned Advocate General. 2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition contending that his wife has been forcibly detained by his in-laws. The petitioner further 2 RRR,J & Dr. KMR,J W.P.No.6248/2025 contends that he is married to the alleged detenue and she has been detained after their marriage, when she went to her village for Sankranthi festival. 3. After the notice was served, the petitioner and the alleged detenue are personally present in the Court. 4. We have interacted with the alleged detenue in the chambers. She has stated that she is married to the petitioner. However, she has moved back to her parents’ house due to differences between her and the petitioner. She states that she has not been detained by any person and she is free to move around. She has also stated that she would be taking employment and for such purpose she would be staying in the city or town where she would get employment. In the circumstances, nothing further survives in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
