The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 15.10.2024 passed by Session Trial No. 2050 of 2024 (State vs. Rohit and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 684 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 452, 354kha, 307, 34 of I.P.C., P.S. Iglas, District Aligarh, whereby court concerned passed the order to frame charge under Section 147, 148, 323/149, 452, 354kha of I.P.C. without impleading section 307 of I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
