For the very same transaction, a case has been filed before the MSME Samadhaan, which is still pending. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the pendency of the said MSME proceedings, the complainant has been repeatedly approaching the police on the same issue, causing harassment. 4.
