Issue a writ order direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents specifically respondent No.1 to decide the case of the present petitioner bearing Computer Case No. T202402030311069 years 2022 (Mohan Lal Vs. Gaon Sabha), under section 24 of U P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Telisal-Soraon, District Prayagraj." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending since 2022 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.1-Sub-Divisional Tehsil-Soraon, District Prayagraj to consider and decide the aforesaid application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
