The instant petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 20.05.2024 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.), Fast Track Court/Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, in Complaint case no.25853 of 2021 (Brijraj Singh Jadaun vs. Krishnamaya Enterprises Pvt. Ltd and others) under whereby petitioners in instant petition were summoned under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Vrindavan District Mathura and judgment and order dated 12.9.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Mathura in Criminal revision no.366 of 2024 (Jitendra Pratap Singh and another vs. State of U.P. and another). 3. On perusal of the impugned orders, this Court does not find it to be a case where interference of this Court is required. The concerned courts after considering the material available on record, passed the orders impugned. No such ground appears to be available in the present petition, on the basis of which, impugned orders can be set aside. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for setting aside aforesaid orders is refused and the petition is hereby dismissed.
