Challenging the action of the respondent in not extending the contract period for a further period of one year from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026 for the dietary supply to the 3rd respondent Hospital in terms of 2 G.O.Ms.No.325 HM&FW (M1) Dept., dated 01.11.2011, the present writ petition is filed. 3. It is contended by the petitioner that on the representation, dated 10.03.2025 made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent has orally informed the petitioner that extension of contract for a period of one year will not be granted to the petitioner and the other two contractors would be granted extension in terms of the earlier agreement entered into by the respondents. Thus, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him. A perusal of the same would reflect that Tender Notification, dated 11.03.2025 has been issued for supply of food items in the 3rd respondent Hospital for a period of two (02) years. 5. The said instructions are placed on record. 6. In view of the tender notification, the petitioner can also participate in the Tender process. 7. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed. 8. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
