This application has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence. 3. I have gone through the judgment. 4. The prayer is allowed. 5. The sentence imposed upon the applicant Sri Chandan Saha by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udalguri in N.I. Case No.02/2020 shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected Criminal Revision Petition. 6. It is also directed that till disposal of the criminal revision petition, the applicant Chandan Saha shall remain on previous bail.
