GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in colluding with the 4th Respondent upon the illegal encroachment of the government land adjacent to the Jaggappa cheruvu canal by to an extent of Ac 1.41 cents in Sy. No. 128/1 and 129 of chitrada village, Pithapuram mandal, East Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and un-constitutional and consequently direct the 2'd respondents not to 2 harass the Petitioner by calling him to the Police Station and to withdraw the complaint made against the 4th Respondent to remove encroachments in the government land to an extent of Ac 1.41 cents in Sy. No. 128/1 and 129 of chitrada village, Pithapuram mandal, East Godavari District.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and not pressurizing the Petitioner to withdraw the complaint made against Respondent No.4. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. Police are further directed not to pressurize the Petitioner to withdraw the complaint against Respondent No.4. There shall be no order as to costs.
