JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE O R D E R 21.11.2025 Bail App. 251/2024. On the last three consecutive dates of hearing there was no representation on behalf of the applicants. Today also when the case was taken up there was no representation on behalf of the applicants. It seems that petitioners are no longer interested to press their application for bail. The application is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. CRM(M) No. 799/2024. There has been no representation on behalf of the petitioners in the matter for the last three consecutive dates of hearing. Today also nobody has turned up to press this petition. I have gone through the petition filed by the petitioners and do not find any of the grounds pleaded as substantiated. As a matter of fact the petitioners having realized the futility of this petition, have decided to abandon it. The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. (SANJEEV KUMAR) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 21.11.2025 “S.Nuzhat”
