GP FOR MUNCIPAL ADMN URBAN DEV The Court made the following: 2 ORDER:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of a plot admeasuring 280 square yards, purchased by the petitioner vide registered sale deed dated 27.12.1999. 2. It is submitted that the 2nd respondent has been parking JCBs, tractors, dumping vehicles, rickshaws, and other vehicles belonging to the 2nd respondent, though they have no right to utilize e private property belonging to the petitioner. 3. The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the property is a private property; however, as the same is adjoining the Municipality, there could have been some instances of parking vehicles on the petitioner’s land. The writ petition was filed in the year 2019, and no counter has been filed. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, even as on date, the vehicles belonging to the 2nd respondent are being parked on the petitioner’s property. 5. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to ensure that none of the vehicles, or vehicles used in the business of the 2nd respondent, are parked on the private property of the petitioner. The Commissioner of the 2nd respondent shall further ensure that none of the vehicles belonging to the 2nd respondent office are parked on the vacant land belonging to the petitioner in Sy.No.1993-1, admeasuring 35 3 ankanams or 280 square yards, situated at Co-operative Colony, 10th Ward, Kavali Municipality, S.P.S.R. Nellore District. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
