Present writ petition is filed by petitioners praying that opposite party no.2/Naib Tehsildar Tehsil Jakhania, District Ghazipur may be directed to decide Case no.00501 of 2020 (Computer Case No.T202014290500501 (Praveen Kumar Verma and others Vs. Manik Chand) on day to day basis, within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.12 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2/Naib Tehsildar Tehsil Jakhania, District Ghazipur is directed to proceed with Case no.00501 of 2020 (Computer Case No.T202014290500501 (Praveen Kumar Verma and others Vs. Manik Chand) and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, say within a period of three months from the date, a certified copy of this order is placed before him, after hearing all the parties concerned. No unnecessary adjournment shall be granted by opposite party no.2 including on the ground of strike of lawyers. 5. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition is disposed of.
