As per the affidavit, age of the petitioner, at the time of filing writ petition, was 59 years. Thus, he may have completed age of superannuation i.e. 60 years in 2024. 4. Thus, learned State Counsel is right in submitting that writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 6.
