By this contempt petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 14.05.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 1096/2025, whereby the petition was disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the application stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 25.04.2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 2. Compliance report has been filed by the respondent, wherein it is stated that, in compliance with the order dated 14.05.2025, the respondent has passed a detailed consideration order dated 12.11.2025, a copy whereof has been annexed with the compliance report. By virtue of the said order, the petitioner's representation has been duly considered and decided, as such, respondent has complied with the order dated 14.05.2025 in its letter and spirit. 3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the consideration order dated 12.11.2025, if he so desires. 4. Disposed of.
