Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant no. 1 Sheetla Prasad @ Dabbal is no more and as such he is pressing anticipatory bail application on behalf of applicant no. 1. 3. Learned A.G.A. has raised objection by submitting that chargesheet against the applicant no. 2 has been filed on 27.8.2024 and summons have also been issued against him. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh application. 5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 6. Certified copy, if any, shall be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants on his supplying photo stat copy of the same.
