In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that a bill of Rs.7,47,777/- produced by the applicant has been accepted and the money for payment of the same has been sanctioned and token number for crediting the amount in the account of the applicant has also been generated. However, counsel for the applicant states that the amount has not yet been credited in the account of the applicant. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the writ petition pending. The writ petition is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged. It is clarified that, in case, the amount due to the applicant as noted above is not credited in the account of the applicant within two weeks from today, the applicant shall be entitled to file a recall application for recall of the present order.
