This writ petition has been filed against an order passed on 21.10.2023 by respondent No. 2 in proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that petitioner has alternative remedy of filing appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
