Insurance claim has been accepted in part by the respondents for the treatment meted out to the petitioner at Max Hospital, New Delhi. A sum of Rs. 12,84,640/- has been sanctioned for the treatment, while the balance amount has not been paid on the ground that such amount is not payable in terms of the applicable guidelines. The order impugned also records that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the information furnished, he may prefer a first appeal to the Additional Director, Central Government Health Scheme, U.P. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already approached the concerned Director. If that be so, the petitioner may furnish the details along with a copy of this order before the concerned Director, who shall entertain the petitioner's grievance and do the needful, within a period of two months.
