Heard Sri Abhinav Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajesh Kumar Gupta, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant application has been filed against an interim order of maintenance dated 10.10.2024 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kannauj on an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 who are the wife and son of the applicant herein respectively. By the aforesaid order, an interim maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- has been granted to the opposite parties. Final order on the said application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is yet to be passed. 3. Looking at the meager amount of maintenance by the learned trial court as an interim maintenance and further that the applicant has full opportunity of contesting the said case on merits disclosing all his defences, assets, liabilities etc. 3.
