Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i) Issue a issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to pass an order or direct the competent authority to pass an order for demarcation of khata no. 288 म raqba 1.880 hec. (situated at hall no.228), situated at Village Narharpur, Tappa Sikandarpur, Paragna Chillupar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur with respective share of petitioner and gata no. 175,1933,2840,2865,2710 & 1896, situated at Village Khadesari ahtmali, Tappa Sikandarpur, Paragna Chillupar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur with respective share of petitioner and gata no. 2967 ग having area 10.880 hec. situated at mauja khadesari ahtmali, Tappa Sikandarpur, Paragna Chillupar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur of khata no. 26 (made from gata no. 2129 of khata no. 591, as well as also prepared the map of 288 म & 2667 ग, accordance with law as provided in U.P Revenue Code 2006." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending since 2024. He prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.3 - Sub Divisional Officer/ Up Ziladhikari Gola, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon the opposite parties as well as giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
