The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 22.10.2021 passed in B.P. No. 736 of 2021, arising out of Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021 by the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1764 of 2022(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 prayer of the petitioner. 5.
