However, the investigation in this case is still pending and no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation is in progress and respondent Police will be able to file the final report within three months. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 5.
